Responsibilities
- Excavate, lift, and transport construction materials using heavy machinery and hand tools
- Operate power tools including saws, drills, and jackhammers safely
- Assist in erecting scaffolding, bracing, and temporary structures
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic knowledge of power tool operation and safety procedures
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as needed
