Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Construct foundations, frame structures, and install building components
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document daily progress and material usage for reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction machinery
- Strong blueprint reading and spatial reasoning abilities
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
