Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Test electrical systems and continuity to ensure safety and functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (or Apprentice with 2 years experience).
- Experience with residential and commercial wiring is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Indianapolis/Ohio area.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
