Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage projects from conception to completion with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Mentor junior electricians and supervise apprentices
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of licensed electrical experience
- Valid DC Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Proven expertise in commercial/industrial electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility for on-call emergency shifts
