- Read blueprints and technical schematics for project execution
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot complex problems
- Collaborate with contractors and clients for seamless project delivery
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain quality control
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license (MA/NY state required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
