Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications

- Lead apprentice electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory of electrical components and tools

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Ohio (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
