Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical layouts
- Troubleshoot complex malfunctions using diagnostic tools and systematic testing
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC safety codes and local regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams for seamless execution
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance protocols
- Lead apprentice electricians and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona State Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting VFDs, PLCs, and control systems
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in diverse environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
