Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in industrial/commercial settings
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics with precision
- Ensure 100% compliance with NEC and OSHA safety protocols
- Diagnose and resolve critical electrical emergencies during night operations
- Coordinate with automation systems and smart-grid technologies
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Document all work using digital maintenance management systems
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- Proven ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced troubleshooting certification preferred
- Exceptional night vision and physical stamina
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
