Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during emergency repairs
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Lead junior technicians during critical night shift operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in PLC systems and industrial automation
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (7 PM - 7 AM)
