Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and upgrade commercial/residential electrical systems per NEC standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend project teams for commercial developments and high-end residences
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and Arizona electrical safety protocols
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance on job sites
- Mentor junior electricians during weekend operations
- Complete detailed documentation for inspections and client reports
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- Minimum 5 years verifiable commercial/residential experience
- Expert knowledge of NEC 2023 updates and local permitting
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid trained
- Proficiency with Fluke meters, conduit bending, and load calculations
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in extreme Arizona temperatures
- Weekend availability non-negotiable
