Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for precise implementation
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage projects from conception to completion
- Mentor junior technicians and supervise subcontractors
- Document work progress and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of licensed electrician experience
- Valid Journeyman/Master Electrician certification (MA/NY)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, troubleshooting, and VFD systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with commercial/industrial electrical systems preferred
