Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage projects from planning to completion within deadlines
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project alignment
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri electrician license (journeyman or master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
