Responsibilities

- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)

- Read basic blueprints and task instructions
- Maintain organized tool storage and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
