Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (jackhammers, saws, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Read blueprints and interpret construction instructions accurately
- Collaborate with diverse crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related field experience
- Valid O-10 or OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong physical stamina and endurance capabilities
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
