Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform excavation, trenching, and earthmoving tasks as directed
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment to job sites
- Assist in building framework, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and team leads
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (entry-level welcome)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
