Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, and hauling materials as directed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
