Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Perform routine maintenance checks for commercial and residential clients
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all installations
- Assist senior plumbers with emergency service calls and repairs
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool usage
- Complete detailed service reports and client documentation
Qualifications
- No experience required – paid training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing license within 6 months
- Background check and drug screen required
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexible availability including weekends and emergency calls
