Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues
- Adhere to NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors on renovation and new construction projects
- Perform emergency service calls during evenings and weekends
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials and tools
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client records
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid NYC Plumber's License (Master or Journeyman)
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater and boiler systems
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Clean driving record and valid NY driver's license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
