Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and assist with framing tasks
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to execute construction phases
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Collaborate with skilled trades to meet project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and tools
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
- Pennsylvania driver's license required
