Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) with proper safety protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
