Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in North Carolina or Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Skill Set: Proficiency with electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
