Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise apprentices and ensure team safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers
- Complete detailed documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in conduit bending, troubleshooting, and power distribution
- Proven safety record with zero-incident focus
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
