Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams for urgent plumbing failures
- Ensure all work complies with Ohio plumbing codes and safety standards
- Mentor junior plumbers and train apprentices
- Manage project timelines and client communications
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with contractors on large-scale plumbing installations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Proven ability to lead emergency response teams
- Commercial driver's license (CDL Class B) required
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
