Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure NEC compliance
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead apprentice electricians on complex projects
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Collaborate with project managers to meet client requirements and deadlines
- Perform load calculations and circuit design for new installations
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with NEC 2020 codes and local regulations
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions
