Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs for residential and commercial clients
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe leaks and drainage issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with trenchless pipe rehabilitation
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Knowledge of green plumbing technologies
