Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections
- Install plumbing fixtures and appliances following California plumbing codes
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool usage
- Complete detailed service reports and digital invoicing
- Collaborate with team members for efficient job scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid California Plumbing License (Class C or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless repair methods and video inspection
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
