Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Perform emergency repairs during/after hours on rotating schedule
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
- Mentor apprentices and maintain quality control standards
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed job documentation
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Expertise in water heater installation, pipefitting, and drain cleaning
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Flexibility for emergency service calls
