Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night shifts
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and CCTV inspection systems
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules for commercial and residential properties
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage service calls, inventory, and documentation using our mobile dispatch system
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight operations
- Respond to high-priority emergencies within 90 minutes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- OSHA 10 certification and confined space training
- Expertise in water heater systems, sewer lines, and backflow prevention
- Exceptional diagnostic skills for emergency troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Class C driver's license with clean record
- Availability for flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
