Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Massachusetts electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices when required
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and building managers
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Class A/B)
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Familiarity with smart home and renewable energy technologies
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
