Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to blueprints and safety codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding job progress and requirements.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
