Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, water heater repairs, and fixture replacements
- Adhere to DC plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service with transparent communication and project estimates
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale plumbing renovations and emergency calls
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (required)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, pipefitting equipment, and trenchless technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
