Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, trenching, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling
- Maintain OSHA compliance at all work sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and curing
- Complete daily site inspections and hazard reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience or equivalent physical work history
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety protocols
