Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing systems for remodels and new constructions
- Respond to emergency service calls within 2-hour SLA
- Perform drain cleaning, camera inspections, and hydro-jetting
- Conduct plumbing system maintenance and safety checks
- Provide clear estimates and maintain detailed service reports
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Knowledge of EPA refrigerant handling (if applicable)
