Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (drains, pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Respond to emergency weekend calls within 2-hour response time
- Install new plumbing systems and perform preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide clear estimates and documentation for all services rendered
- Maintain company vehicle and inventory of plumbing tools/parts
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient weekend scheduling
Qualifications
- Active DC Master Plumber License (mandatory)
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday, 8 AM-8 PM)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair preferred
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
