Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and plumbing schematics
- Perform hydro jetting, drain cleaning, and pipe rehabilitation
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project estimates
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills with water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screen required
- Spanish language skills a plus for diverse clientele
