Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and advanced filtration systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe rehabilitation, and trenchless sewer line repairs
- Comply with California plumbing codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service with transparent pricing and thorough explanations
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and emergency service calls
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable plumbing experience in California
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) or apprentice certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for water/gas line issues and system malfunctions
- Experience with trenchless technology and video inspection equipment
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles
- Physical stamina for confined spaces, heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs), and outdoor work
- Excellent communication skills and customer rapport abilities
- Background check and drug screening required
