Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to provide accurate time estimates and cost assessments.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Proven track record of maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
