Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for precise system implementations
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with electricians/carpenters
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed project reports
Qualifications
- Texas Master Plumber license required (Journeyman acceptable with 5+ years experience)
- Minimum 5 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
