Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (residential & commercial)
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues using advanced tools
- Perform water heater, boiler, and backflow prevention device servicing
- Adhere to all plumbing codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Lead emergency response calls during nights/weekends as scheduled
- Train junior technicians on best practices and customer service excellence
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain inventory of parts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience with Texas journeyman license
- Texas Master Plumber certification (preferred) or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and pipe inspection
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with digital diagnostic tools and plumbing software
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and professional appearance
