Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems (residential/commercial)
- Install/replace pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewer lines
- Lead emergency response teams for burst pipes and gas leaks
- Manage job site safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure code compliance
- Coordinate with contractors and building management teams
- Prepare detailed service reports and cost estimates
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a licensed Master Plumber (MA required)
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License and Gas Fitting certification
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification
- Expertise in backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- Proven emergency response experience with 24/7 availability
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe networks
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
