Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and framing operations under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper safety protocols
- Install scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Maintain site cleanliness and hazardous material disposal compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tight-deadline projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
