Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new plumbing systems and components according to blueprints and codes
- Perform emergency service calls with rapid response times
- Maintain detailed service reports and inventory management
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and OSHA standards
- Build client relationships through professional communication and reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Proven expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
