Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues in residential/commercial properties
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Ensure compliance with Texas state plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for job completion
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain quality standards
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour service windows
Qualifications
- Texas Master Plumber license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Expertise in backflow prevention, pipefitting, and trenchless technology
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Emergency response experience
