Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Read blueprints and ensure compliance with California plumbing codes
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for seamless project execution
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles for optimal efficiency
- Provide emergency 24/7 on-call support as scheduled
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience with CA certification
- Valid California Plumbing Contractor License required
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater/boiler systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
