Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts
- Perform water heater installation, boiler maintenance, and fixture replacements
- Adhere to DC plumbing codes and safety regulations with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional conduct

- Complete accurate documentation for service reports and inventory management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with DC licensing (Plumber Class A/B)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Emergency response availability for after-hours calls
