Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial/residential properties
- Diagnose and resolve urgent plumbing emergencies (leaks, bursts, clogs)
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead junior plumbers and coordinate with construction teams
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project reports
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and water systems
Qualifications
- Valid NYC Master Plumber License (required)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in pipefitting, welding, and backflow prevention
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
