Responsibilities
- Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, sinks, toilets).
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages, with precision.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Adhere strictly to local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in New York State.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
