Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and repair piping systems for water, gas, and drainage.
- Perform emergency maintenance during night shifts to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Ensure all work complies with local Columbus and Ohio building codes.
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to on-site staff and residents.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (valid in Ohio).
- Minimum 5 years of commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Strong availability for night shift work (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
