Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipes, and drains.
- Perform leak detection and locate and repair hidden water damage issues.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining technical issues in plain language.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes (Title 24 in California).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, both on-site and in the service vehicle.
- Manage inventory of parts and order supplies as needed to complete jobs efficiently.
Qualifications
- License: Valid California Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Transportation: Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipe fitting, soldering, and using diagnostic tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
