Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping according to local codes.
- Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and identify complex plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pipe failures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, explaining technical issues in clear, friendly language.
- Tools & Equipment: Operate hand and power tools, pipe threaders, and soldering equipment safely and efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
- Site Maintenance: Clean work areas and maintain a safe environment on job sites.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial or residential plumbing experience.
- Tools: Own or reliable access to a comprehensive set of plumbing tools.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in tight spaces.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read blueprints.
- Availability: Reliable transportation and availability for urgent calls and weekend work.
